Really really good. That sequence of putting up the ceiling insulating panels looked frustrating enough to warrant a "What the sweaty old fuck!!??" rant, off screen of course. Although perhaps just trying a different approach, cool and collected like you did on film is the sensible method.

suggest buy a plasterboard lifter and sell it on when finished, also a cheepo pboard driver bit
