Quick question on PS4S I’ve heard they cause issues with traction, does yours have the staggered set up and are they still worth the upgrade with the issues they can cause? Any ways around these? Cheers and great content 👍

Never knew the MSS Springs can sit at the same ride height as stock lol, that's actually pretty neat but then again if I had those springs they definitely wouldn't be left at stock height😂

The black spring goes on the bottom of the arm and the orange spring sits on the top. The fitter has described them wrong!

What did you think of this suspension upgrade TR Hamza? Thinking of installing these in my s3
Love the content Hamza. Any plans to upgrade the rear anti roll bar too? I've been told that is the best value-for-money handling upgrade you can make (I've got mine booked in for today)
I can tell you from the drive home that it's 100% worth it. The back end feels much tighter around corners and it really helps the front end turn in. The weight distribution is way better too - much less body roll 👍🏼

Why didn’t you change to a full coilover if you don’t have adaptive damper ?
You think coil overs have much more of an improvement to MSS to justify cost? I considered them for my M2 but bailed on the idea. Need ps4s first like you, some say Vs MPSS it's like a softer damper setting in itself lol.

Following your RS3 mods with interest, thinking about doing the same. Looks like even though stage2 you have opted to keep the fast-idle cold start? I have a tune from MRC and it was a blessing to get rid of the cold start!

I don’t understand the concept of one spring on top of another , could be dangerous I think. I’m curious to know how these compare to H&R’s or a set of premium coilovers - KWs etc

Its usualler harder = better handling,
Or softer = more comfort
Like he said its 2 springs other manufacturers have a single spring with thick and small coils on it for the same effect dont know the exact science behind it

I wasn’t too hooked on them to begin with but they grow on you, car just needs to be lowered and they look a lot better

Makes me doubt there opinion on other things because this is obviously absolute bullshit!
These mss are a novel idea and I would like to try them on a future car just to see but there’s no way on earth they offer more comfort than my v3’s

I can’t comment on V3’s as I’ve never driven an RS3 with a set of them/any other premium coilovers.
As far as lowering springs go the MSS are pretty great though 👍🏼
Suppose you've got to consider that the stock supp set up must be pretty high end from factory. Obviously not going to be the same as something fully adjustable performance wise but would agree that stock could be more 'comfortable'.
