"By downloading this FREE HDRI pack, you agree not to resell or redistribute these assets." this is pretty vague. I'm a freelance artist, and I usually don't include source files with deliveries, can use theses assets in production sold to clients or not? (because it IS in a way re-selling!) ?
No reselling means packaging these in your own products. Using these to make a video for someone is a bit different. These are assets to use in your projects. You just cant sell an HDRI pack and put these in there.
