2 - 3 celery stalks diced
2 medium carrots diced
64 fl oz unsalted chicken broth/stock
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dried basil
3 handfuls/cups of dumpling egg noodles
Cilantro for garnish
Chicken Noodle Soup Instructions
1. Dice celery stalks
2. Dice carrots
3. Dice chicken breast
4. Add chicken broth to instant pot
5. Add vegetables
6. Add dry herbs and seasonings
7. Set instant pot to Manual setting for 20 minutes; quick release
Honey Mustard Basil Vinaigrette
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon distilled vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Turkey Sandwich Ingredients
2 Slices of rye bread
Turkey slices
1 sliced tomato
1/4 red onion sliced
