I also don’t feel like myself for few months. I’m living and working in Seoul, Korea and preparing for grad school this year. A lot of pressure and anxiety made me stay awake through the nights and your videos helped me a lot. I thought that you wouldnt feel depression or down at all(which doesnt make sense 😂) and you being honest makes me relate to you more. Always repect your energy and enthusiasm for life and totally want to meet you in person when I move to the states few months later✨
Even in the lowest valley, I know that you and I will make it through because like the old saying, after darkness comes bright light! Hope you have a terrific day❣️

Recently i've started working in a customer service and well... It's not the best nor my ideal job, has its pros and cons and sometimes I feel very overwhelmed by those. But your vlogs really help me to.. Take it easy, take some time to get used to new situation in my life and be grateful that I have a job and more stable conditions of living. 2021 has been the worst year of my life. I don't think I can continue to delude myself saying something like "life is good" when it doesn't feel honest. The truth is my life this past year was terrible... I think the first step for me is recognizing that so I see what's wrong and try to work on it. Really hoping 2022 will be a better year.

저도 최근 우울감이 느껴지고 있는데, 잠에서 깨는 시간을 일부러 조금 앞당기거나, 알람소리를 바꾸거나.. 안마시던 차를 마셔보거나, 그렇게 조금씩 변화시키며 제 자신을 기다려주는 중이에요!
우울감을 받아들인 지 10일 정도 지났는데, 이전보다 조금 나아진 것 같아요🥰

I love and appreciate your honesty , i hope you are feeling better now , it is life ups and down it is okay to be sad sometimes but do not get dépression come to you that s why is good to share and talk about your feelings and what you are going through do not make my mistakes please i was suffering alone inside but with others Always smiling and refusing to show my sad face bcz i thought that s weak and now it has been more then two years i am suffering from dépression even with drogues i could not yet get rid of it , i Hope u get what i mean , wish u peace of mind and happiness ❤️

I only recently found your channel Sarang. Your channel has helped me a lot. I'm 25 and almost finished my undergrad and want to go into medicine. I wasn't the top of the class in high school like you either. hello, I read your comment and wanted to let you know you're not alone 🤍 I'm 24 and three years into my undergrad literature degree and I'm planning to switch programs to comp sci. it's been really hard to accept my journey when everyone around me feels like their 10 steps ahead. but the most important thing is to focus on yourself! I recently finished this book called "The Mountain Is You" by Brianna Wiest and I highly recommend it as it helped me cope with my journey and be kinder to myself.
