I love how David says she may be asking for something that doesn't exist....... she only asked for a princess dress with a sparkle top..... surely there are a few of those around!
I know! The dresses are just so pretty. I just want to find a reason to wear big beautiful dresses like this. I was telling my gf we should rent dresses monthly and go out in them.
She actually didn't seem too happy about the last one, I think she chose it to make mum happy. She seemed to really light up in the second one, but that got stripped away by the criticism
Mathew Tillson she said she like the skirt. I'm sure she didn't like the top. She wanted sparkle like in the second dress. I don't like the top either the small sequences
Wow just WOW she definitely got a wow dress. She is absolutely stunning and beautiful. Has anybody else fallen down a hole and watched like 20 episodes😂
My dress was off the sales rack for $ 100.00. I liked the sleeves. I had no real budget and was in no way going near this much money in any case. A clothes horse I am not.
I feel like deep down she still wanted a mermaid dress but went for the princess dress as a compromise to satisfy her mother... I’ve noticed that the opinion of the brides’s mother often takes priority over the dreams of the actual bride like this, even if unintentionally. It’s quite difficult, but I do sometimes think these mothers need to be more reserved about their preferences so that the bride can feel beautiful in the dress she really likes. It would be very difficult for example to say no to a dress your mum just cried over as in this video. I did like how her family were kind about each dress though.
I mean, my mom and I had a disagreement over blush and when she saw that the shop we went to mostly had some deep cut necklines she wasn't that pleased but we both fell in love with the second dress that had a deep illusion lace neckline and a very loght peachy pink underskirt. I think it's all about perspective with these shows and TLC is known for editing out less dramatic content.
But that would be unfair to the bride and the mother. The brides WANT their mothers to love the dress. So you’re basically telling the mothers to lie to their daughters and say they love a dress when they don’t. This is essence, would deny the bride of her desire too. They want their mothers to cry with joy and that’s not something that can or should be manufactured or lied about.
I hate how David said that he might just “lose it”. It’s your job to be extremely patient with the clients, it’s her wedding day so obviously she’ll be picky about her dress, and what she asked for wasn’t even that crazy a request. Sheesh.
I agree!! He is one of my least favorite consultants on this show because he consistently does that. He claims there might not exist a ballgown dress with a sparkly bodice on top??? Is he crazy? And she's only tried on TWO dresses and he's like "If she doesn't like the next one I'm going to lose it" like damn you have hundreds of dresses in that store!! It's your job to find one she likes. And also (not in this episode), But I've noticed he often goes over budget which is extremely irritating.
@@jenniferle8294 He's being really dramatic, it' s just his persona. As if it was out of his comfort zone to give someone a fitted sparkly bodice and lots of ruffles in the lower half. Shutup you drama queen. People are doing heart surgery out there.
I feel like the brides feel pushed to say yes by the third dress, the options are overwhelming and she could of found such a prettier ball gown princess dress with sparkle on the top area, and he said 'I don't know if it exists' hunny im sure theres hundreds, especially with her budget
I love the 4th dress she fitted. Her mom knows what’s the best for her daughter. She’s very lucky to have her mom by her side while choosing a wedding dress.
Her wedding day, not her mother's. And the mom was more about what she wanted & envisioned instead of what would actually look good on her. She wasn't...'I think she'd look better in....'...she was "I always envisioned..."
I absolutely love the first dress!!! I feel like if you added a sparkly belt to the first dress than it would have been perfect for her! I think that the last dress was the worst one out of all of them, especially the top of it
She looked full of happiness and excitement in the second dress, I feel she let others opinions take away from that. The dress she chose wasn't the right dress and you could see it all in her body language and face. Such a shame!
I feel like she loved the second dress (as much as I do I think I want to to wear that on my wedding day😂) but she just chose the last one for her mother, her face didn’t light up as much as she did on the second one HAVE A GOOD WEDDING💖💖!!
I love the skirt of the third dress but couldn't there be more sparkle like the 2nd dress? I hate the top as in those small sequence sparkles. Just a personal opinion
Wow, compared to some of the other family members I've seen on this show, her mother/fairy godmother are absolute angels. They aren't afraid to give their opinions, but they're so nice about it. No meanness about the way they put in their two cents. And the bride is so polite as she's telling the consultants what she wants and likes, and she's so open to her family's opinions. I'm so glad that they found a dress that was gorgeous, WAY below budget, and both the mother and the bride were happy with it.
I love that the veil had a crown, finally a veil with something unique. The dress looked so beautiful on her. Beautiful, beautiful bride. I'm so glad she didnt get the mermaid.

more like few hundreds! lol
Lol they have to make it dramatic for the show
The last video I watched had the bride try those sparkly top ones
Yeah I was like that's only 2 really common elements! How rare can it be? Especially with a budget of 5000 £
I like how they acted like a dress with a sparkly top and a ballgown bottom was hard to find when there are SO many dresses like that.
