This should be obsolete now. We use eNavfit...for Block 28, you should use whatever your Command Employment/achevements are. Your unit/command should have at least 2 years of EVALS SOMEWHERE. Get the template from them or if you are SELRES, check to see if your NOSC/NRC has some old copies from years past. I didn't even realize that this might be a problem going forward with eNavfit for YNs.
@@jontanta5900 hahah I figured ..this Reserve eval kinda different from Active.. I just checked in 3 months ago to my unit I didn’t even do shiyt yet so idk what to put for my bullet lol.. but thanks for the reply tho lol..

Yes! There are ways to email evals. I would HIGHLY recommend removing the SSNs first and both people need to have NAVFIT98A.
When you import evals do you have to change the file name to .zzz
