Out of curiosity: How high is the percentage of shooting, fighting and physical training to theoretical training, as in studying the actual law, psychology, sociology, criminalistics and so on? Stats and sources that back it up would be welcome, educated estimates are ok, too.
A Virginia state trooper helped me one night on I-64 back in 1976. I will never forget. I must have thanked him 20 times. My friend in blue.
