Beautiful Interaction with Dr Shawal and his sons. Keep it up Kashmir Observer , Nazir . Dr Shawl says he was not asked any kickbacks , this is great revelation , this issue was highlighted a lot many years back , needs more clarification

Met the Doc last year in Seattle. He is a great guy. Please do similar interview with Dr. Khurshid Guru when he is in the town.

I’m FMS specialist for health care facilities -- and engineering side is engine of hospital - un fortunately no one cares about that point of view …healthcare infrastructure does not mean only beautiful building - engineering , quality and safety is very important. For example if any lab does not meet standards , what’s ever results they are producing are most probably incorrect so somehow Dr diagnose patient in wrong direction on the basis of lab results

Calling him a son of the soil, is a big joke.We should nit trust these medical termites..

You may be wrong. In kashmir circumstances are created to kick great brains out of state. Big example is famous Dr chesti cvs was not allowed to continue work in skims.

The interview with Dr Shawl was uninteresting, as he appeared to lack insight. It was disappointing to note that his thought process was no different from other doctors who rely heavily on Big Pharma Guidelines, and so on. I find it hard to believe that he has spent decades in the USA, given his fluency in English.

I feel the interviewer wasn’t apt, Dr Shawl is no ordinary man he is an asset to medical field

Better would have been that a Doctor interviewed Dr. Shawl & ask him pertinent questions. But still the Doctor has touched upon some very basic & important issues & steps to be taken to prevent heart attacks & related coronary problems.

His word usage is rather Desi.. just accent has been Americanized.. plus he lacks an intuitive grasp of his field...
