    Sometimes is not enough to have "your cultural antenna" up. We also need to keep and preserve the ideas. So, an advice I got from someone was to keep an "idea bank" a notebook where I put ideas that cross my mind or things I like and I want to remember later. Most of the time, when someone is asking us for an idea, at first we feel real empty of any idea in the moment. so, going back to your "idea bank' can help restart that flow of creative flow.
