    Director Biography - James Picard
    James Picard is from Pessamit, an Innu community located at the west of Baie-Comeau in the region of the North Shore, Québec, Canada. In 2008, he directed his first film "TSHITASHUN (NUMBER )" with the help of Wapikoni Mobile, a traveling studio of audiovisual and musical training that goes into the First Nations communities of Quebec. Since then, his film was successful in many national and international festivals, such as the International Film Carousel Rimouski, FICFA in Moncton, Planet in Focus and ImagineNATIVE Toronto Festival Honest Planet in France, and the American Indian Film Festival in San Francisco.
