Nailed it on ignoring the team point. Even though I know they know what they're doing but I'd go months actually without any communication. Just not good practice. Great vids Ippei! btw, whats the dope track playing in the background? 🎵🎶
Wait, how and why would you build a site for a client you don't have yet? I'm new here, working on lead gen freelance work. I use a software that creates digital marketing materials but I recently learned a bit about making sites. I don't understand what you're doing to get leads for businesses if you don't know yet that they'll be a client.
in training we learn what will be a site that can be ranked specific to the niche, as well as the area and the competition. Before leads begin you can call and find a hungry owner who is serious and wants to grow, once you get leads coming in you'll already have someone knowing you'll be calling them to take on a new job, a lead that they likely would have normally had to pay for elsewhere. As leads grow, work on a deal with the business owner
Would you recommend getting a client first then building the website with them so it's building a real business or building the website and ranking it first then selling it?
you can do both if you have the time, but I would take my budget and strategically start building and ranking sites where I know there's enough demands for leads
rarely happens if you build a powerful site from the start, and if you do get out ranked you can always take it back with more quality content pages structured correctly
@@IppeiDan Being based in Bangkok, can I properly use a US phone tracking/redirecting software from here? I'm referring to the US number on the web page and also talking to the client

What happens when you are outranked from the 1st page on google? How much time will it take to claim your spot back?
