One minor point. The RGB+UV Leds are 4 watt LEDs where each of the 4 colors is one watt not 5 watts as mentioned in the video at around 2:00. They are still very bright and work well in many venues.
I am sorry being a noob...can you simulate pure white or warm white colour? I planning to set up a portable Stage Lighting system for a small dance show and some speeches I thought of using two tripods left and right with T Bars attached. Will 4 par Cans on a single tripod be enough? I am more concerned of lighting up the faces of the participants when giving speeches with warm white. Advice is welcome and the latest parcan required.

BUT: there are concerns about the UV bit - they say UV light is very bad for your eyes (after all, it also browns your skin and too much of it makes you ill with skin cancer). So, how can I answer my superiors? They are the money-givers, after all. (A) How dangerous are these fixtures really? Say two hours a day in students' eyes. (B) What has UV light (which is invisible to the eye) to do with making the usual RGB-colours more beautiful or nicer??

I just bought a couple of the Mega Profile Plus, I'm returning them. Very disappointed with the output, they are not very bright. I have the Eliminator Tri 9's and they are almost twice as bright. I guess these are great for small rooms or house parties but if you want to up light large rooms you probably need to buy quite a bit of these and thats not a financially sound investment.

I have activated it as described in the manual and set the menu in the TRI PAR to respond to the remote but the only buttons that seem to work is the "blackout" and "select program". All other buttons are non-responsive. I have a gig next week so this is really not good. Have you any ideas what might be wrong?

If you use dmx or color macros you can just not use the UV
