The fact that that's the word people always go to as the one to pronounce different is odd to me. This song is from the 1500s, if we're aiming for accuracy and authenticity, there's a lot that probably needs to change.

Pronouncing it "ju-LY" makes it sound like Morley messed up his setting of the words, since the strong beat is on the first syllable. Pronouncing it "JU-lie" reunites the stress of the word with the downbeat in the music. That's why people tend to object to the pronunciation of this word in particular (in my opinion).
