I love the Aqua wallet. Makes lighting payments so easy for anyone.
I don't like making lightning payments from Aqua, because they take so long to be received while being swapped out from Liquid. Not good for Orange pilling retail
@@SatWiseJanx It takes at most, a few minutes. Liquid blocks are generated every minute. Boltz handles the swap in a minute or two.
So, overall you'd have to wait 3-4 minutes to send - which is OK. Obviously not instant, but completely negates the channel management/liquidity issues.
@@helali_sHello Jelali. Yep, that's a good summary of the technical indicator but the point remains that it's not a viable instant Bitcoin payment option for retail merchants. When you finally meet someone willing to accept Bitcoin, Aqua should not be the wallet. Zeus on the other hand...
I've several times tried to use various Lightning wallets, but always wind up just moving my BTC back to mainchain. I simply cannot figure out how LN works. Is there a video you'd recommended that is very newbie oriented that explains exactly how to get start and use LN for someone who only has BTC on the mainchain?
