As a lifetime fan and in the last four years as sponsor in Top Fuel (four different drivers, Nelson Trucking) I really appreciate what Courtney and Flo are bringing to masses. It’s a more in-depth look that until now was only for other motorsports. I enjoy these segments and I am impressed, thank you.
Awesome interviewer , you can tell the guest are happy to be interviewed by her. Courtney brings excitement in asking relevant questions and is a pleasure to watch and I am looking forward to the next interview.
Great interview and to see Courtney in Rons cockpit was very cool and to hear Rons perspective of being in the cockpit and how he can't see the track while racing so he sometimes has to look out his side window while driving 300 plus and at night too! It has been a dream for me for many years to be able to just sit in a funny car in the pits. There is a machine of sorts that helps allow for that experience at the drag strips and I sat in one a few years ago. It was so neat.
This is a FANTASTIC VIDEO AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT 💞🤗💞🏆🏆🙏🙏🙏 GOD BLESS YOU RON FOR ALLOWING ACCESS TO YOUR WHOLE SHOP!!! YOU'RE TRULY BLESSED AND AN AMAZING DRIVER 🙏💞🤗💞🏆🏆
wow R.I.P. Don We sure mis you Sir thank you for ur support to all drag racers world wide in time people will see ur impact in and on the track much love
I'm a Lifetime drag racer , started in junior dragsters like the enders , growing up Capps was and is still one of my favorite funny car drivers , me like alot of people don't have ESPN fs1 or 2 , I would love to watch more of what got me started and this is the most top fuel racing ive watched in years , and the coverage with the teams and shops reunites us in a way , i STILL LOVE the PROS , Bracket racing has changed 360 degrees to the better if we can do this the fan base will grow bigger then its ever been
AWESOME AWESOME VIDEO. For me John Force #1 Ron Capps #2 what an awesome cool guy. After seeing that slot car track I want a job there lol....that is so freaking COOL. Keep these videos coming.
Love your content! I’m a drag racer on a small bracket car budget. I’ve been to dirt track events and nascar races! I’ll never understand why professional drag racing is on the top of everyone’s list! Until a person goes to a Nhra national event they can’t have a clue! Best racing, best environment, and the coolest drivers ever! P. S. Go Erica 2024! She needs to break Bob Gliddens record for most pro stock championships!
Also, wouldn’t it be cool if Nhra national events go to a chip draw every round in the professional classes! Yes, you gotta qualify but after that is anybody’s game!
Great job Courtney. I just renewed my flo after a 2 year hiatus. Was there testing last nite? Will it be on all weekend next week. Keep up the cuteness
I got to meet Ron Capps in Chicago back in 2017 I think it was. I had just landed at Midway Airport and took a shuttle bus to the rental car facility. Ron Capps was just standing there like everybody else and I walked up to him and tried to be funny but from the look on his face I don't think it worked. As soon as I told him I was a huge NHRA fan that familiar smile came across his face and he shook my hand. We talked for a few minutes then he got on an elevator and went to his rental car. I have seen him many times at the races but this was the first time seeing him out in public. At the track he's like this super hero who drives one of the fastest craziest hot rods on the planet. Away from the track he's just a regular guy, very unassuming. You looked like you were meant to be in a funny car Ms Courtney. I hope he actually does let you do a burnout in it someday. And I seriously hope you get to warm up his car before Lyle or Stevie. 😉 Thanks for sharing this tour of his shop.
Happy for you. Ok a second generation drag racer, have liked Ron,till one experience at Indy one year. After that I turned to Larry Dixon. Ron,turned my down for a autograph, because Ron went to the women to sign stuff. All in the pits.
I came to love NHRA because of the Enders sister's Disney story, like a lot of young girls did Im sure at that time. I love what you're doing here on Flo Courtney. Keep up the great work - I love your unique perspective and what you bring to telling thesre stories. Seeya in Sonoma!
