    About Tim:
Timothy Styczynski is the owner/CEO of Bridge Coffee Co., a Licensed Q-Grader, and the Head Roaster for the UC Davis Coffee Center. Having worked for 27 years in emergency services, he fell in love with coffee at the age of 19. Working on ambulances, he was finding out what it meant to be an adult over cups of coffee shared in diners with the ambulance crews he worked with. In 1993, while attending Stanford University's Paramedic Education Program, he had one of those cups of coffee that leaves an indelible mark on you. An espresso, light, caramel, chocolatey, vanilla, and surprisingly, with delicious citric fruit notes. In 1997, Tim started home roasting, pursuing a passion and obsession towards coffee greatness. Bridge Coffee Co. was started in 2015 when people heard about those coffees being roasted and wanted to purchase them. 25K roasts later, the education continues!
