It was tasty, i tried it. Now I make my Aalu Gobhi like this every time. Cream and peas are optional, I made it without them, it was good even then

Lately I have been making lot of dishes from Sonia Barton. First of all thank you so much for all the delicious recipes. They are really helping me and my kids coup up with this new quarantine lifestyle as we are missing out our restaurant food. I made this recipe couple of times already and it’s wonderful! I just made a small tweak though. I baked the potatoes and cauliflower for 15 mins for 450F and turned and for another 15 mins. I coated them with olive oil. It was not just healthy but I could also save sometime by doing this. While the veg are baking I prepared the gravy. It tasted awesome!
