Regarding subtitles. Yes, leave them on please. The sound is rather low and hard to hear sometimes. Great reaction as always, thank you :) edit: just saw another comment about it, sorry
During the Pilgrim era, the term "Goody" was a shortening for either Goodwife or Goodmaid, the equivalent of today referring to Wednesday at "Miss Addams."
Wednesday is not a shortening of anything. It is her first name. Goody on the other hand is like you said. A shortening. 2 different Eras, 2 different usages. (IMO. I am Not arguing. Making a statement, is all)
I like listening to your theories and your reasoning behind them. I found myself having to binge watch the show, so I know how things turn out. And that's one reason I like hearing your thoughts, and nd to know which ones may be correct.
Great reaction, I think that these episodes are perfect, I really am enjoying watching your reactions and your theorizing Also I really love how the developed Bianca’s character so well
Wednesday's disinterest in joining the Nightshades was in part because her mother had been president of the group already. Meaning if she joined, it would just be another thing she would be in her mothers shadow.
Might just be me for some odd random reason but your volume is incredibly louder than the show, I have my head set to absolute full blast and can barely hear the talking, if its possible could you turn the subtitles back on? would love to be able to hear the show
Wednesday literally told Thornhill at the Raven dance that Eugene was in trouble in the woods. Obviously Thornhill chased after Wednesday, she just didn't catch up until Wednesday stopped. Not trusting her is fair, but she had a legitimate reason to follow Wednesday.
It is ironic that Wednesday called out Xavier for being a rich entitled kid, when she is also a rich entitled kid. the Adams' are super rich. They have chests full of gold Spanish doubloons in all nooks and crannies of their mansion.
Here to assure you you're not going mad Goody is also played by Jenna ortega just in a blonde wig so yes they look alike haha (Idk if you pick up on this later I may be commenting prematurely)
Would have been a fascinating thing for the Mayor of Sunnydale to have been a father. Would he have gone bad or stayed bad as Regina of Storybrook she'd the "Evil" from her Queen after becoming a mama even it was only Once Upon A Time.
this is a pretty enjoyable show but it never really felt like 'Addams Family' to me, a show about a school full of teen werewolves and vampires and magic people makes their family seem less weird and kooky and different which is a huge part of their appeal, you could have replaced Wednesday with any other girl with psychic powers and it would kinda be the same show
I kind of disagree. I've only seen the main 1991 movie so far, but it was clear that they had a pretty large extended family, and they weren't completely unique in that regard. Not to mention that all the "normies" reacted/interacted with them in a way quite similar to this show, in that while they might have been surprised by mystical elements, it wasn't something that challenged their world views. The main difference I see is that the show so far seems to ground it a lot more in reality and tone down a little of the antics, which I actually prefer, because I like to see the characters as ultimately good people just with strangely macabre and morbid interests and humor.
But surely Wednesday's ancestor should have been on her mum's side of the family? Her father is of Mexican decent. And did I hear that Morticia's maiden name was Trump?
I like the theory that Xavier is Tyler's monster mentor.
The dance is iconic; I loved it.
Mayor's smile looks like Eddie Murphy's Alex Foley about to unleash havoc on some baddies.
Do the Neutron Dance.
Xavier's shadow creations seem rather fragile, I think they wouldn't be sturdy enough for monster shenanigans...

I had a set of either hamsters gerbils that danced while they sang Elton John and Kiki Dee's Don't Go Breaking My Heart. Cute thing.
I bet Wednesday was really flattered when the pathologist thought she was a dead body.
When Tyler was shouting in the bathtub, I didn't draw any connection other than the fact he might have major depression.
He was trying to kill himself. Drown in the bathtub
Same, I thought he was trying to end himself but failed to do so
@@ElHijoMayor24 I figured he was just using it to muffle the sound. Like screaming into a pillow. So his Dad wouldn’t hear him yelling.

From the last one, "Hi!"

My brother had a hamster in a Ninja outfit dancing with nunchucks while singing Kung Fu Fighting.

I binged this series just to watch your reactions. ❤
🎼🎵🎶 for Enid.…...…(that's a wolf whistle meaning that to the gal is much appreciated)
Jenna Ortega choreographed the dance herself. And it is very fitting for the character of Wednesday, it is a *solo* dance.

yeah for sure! i can do subtitles!!
Your overthinking creates even better story than actual show has. 😀

Stoner Ajax has a head full of rocks cluewise for romance signals.
It looked like her because it was played by Jenna.

The truck was part of the red paint. Not part of the cave's plot.
Stuffed. . ..by roadkill taxidermist Kinbot.
Not sure if you ever lived in small towns but the Sheriff or the Mayor's kid always turns out to be a douche on a power trip.
I,ve Already wach,d allll of the episodes...

I think I have that hamster. It sings I will Survive.
Ummm Tyler and Xavier HATE each other....
I am amazed at your theorising. At? By? 🤷🏾♀️
Slight misspeak as Tyler was no one's roommate.
Yeah, I think she meant Xavier.

The Mayor did have a child. Faith was his child. Not all children are biological, but he did have a fathers love for her.

Frump 😂
Gomez Addams and Morticia Frump - Goody was in her father's line.
