So I've been thinking about this segmented run where timer starts after you load a save: what if some crazy megatimesaving exploit that allows to skip the entirety of LV was found but it requires CJ to have max health for some reason. Extremely unlikely, but it is virtually never possible to rule out. In that hypothetical situation, full game runs might be maxing health by doing 12 ambulance early, and will be having it before starting Badlands. So these segmented runs, and their leaderboards especially, rely very heavily on gentleman's agreement on what a "standard save" should look like
Correct, that's been the sitatuion for many years.
For this there are no leaderboards, mostly cos the mod isn't even out but also I don't thi k there's demand for it, I'm only doing it for practice, fun, testing etc etc, but for "normal" leaderboards it is indeed a problem, which is one of the reasons I'm not a fan of those kinds of leaderboards myself.
Genuinely look forward to josh dropping vids everyday lol. Love the work broski. Hope to tune into one of your streams when im on my days off! Need to sub up on twitch!!

1:18:18 The only time I tap 45 degrees is if I have 2 creature tokens represented by one token card with a die on it and I'm only swinging with one of the two creatures. I'll sometimes use the 45 degree tap to indicate that one is tapped to attack and one is available to block.
Lands and single creatures always tap to 90 though. I'm kind of OCD about the neatness of my board state.

Pi 5 has pci express lane connector, so with an extension card (or hat), you can have sata or even nvme drives. It's a killer, no need for NAS. 😉

Honestly bro just get an old Optiplex or Thinkstation for your NAS. They ain't that hard to setup and about the same price as the pi which you could convert into a pihole. "Time is money" is such a shit excuse, you are already DIYing off of the pi and standard Linux servers are much more reliable. If u just don't wanna do it say that. Buying a NAS sounds cool but premades go wrong too and then you're sitting on the phone waiting for support. And better make sure you buy enough storage/RAID on the premade. There are also more uses for a NAS than streaming, can get POE security cameras and dump the footage there etc or run Plex/Jellyfin
Using SATA in this day and age? SATA is slower than USB 3.1, and USB 3.1 is slower than PCIe 3.0 x16. This is why they invented USB-C, M.2, and U.2
