There should be a ''steel all vehicles'' mod where you just need to steel all of them, and not deliver them.

I think a "collect all missions single player" run could be a silly category. It could be taking a photo of all of the red mission start rings with the in-game camera item, leaving the final missions of the optional lines uncompleted. An almost all missions run with routing for camera pick-ups.

Even if there wasn't a car in EoTL, there are several cars unique to LV that wouldn't be possible to deliver without unlocking the bridges, and import/export is unlocked closer to the middle of the game. And some of SF planes are locked until you do flight school. Because it kinda bugged me that the reason to complete the game was only the swat tank -- if it was the case and you could grab all 190 vehicles in LS and it was just that tank then it wouldn't be hard to imagine that it got the same treatment as stunt jumps, where we just don't grab the tank

3:04:50 there is a patriot spawn in some sort of warehouses/industrial parking area thats like betwen san fierro and los santos, that area also has forklifts
And yes i know this is an old vod and josh has finished, but just saying, there is a no heat patriot spawn thats not too far from los santos lighthouse

One thing I'd like to say Josh is, I wish you did the rest of the Wang Cars missions because we may never seem them done again.
