    Doctor, my heart goes out to you! While there are some obvious benefits to social media, I am of the opinion that social media is far more detrimental to us.

    I never understood how anyone had the time to produce good content. One has to take time off to ruminate on ideas in the background and continue reading, grazing, and such various books, novels, and media to develop perspective and requisite variety.

    What happened was the Wild West of business paying peanuts to people to promote propaganda small and big scale. The luxury of “laziness” is integral to giving time to creation. Money has been thrown Willy nilly with no protection for vulnerable or easily influenced people. Eg. Yt itself is broken on the side of paying customers who are allowed to do and say what they want as long as they pay. This is just another aspect of this broken system.
