Imagine if Len Bias was with them at the same time. MJ surely inspired Kobe, but KB added to his arsenal, which suggests that he would've had a bag of tricks of his own - possibly by being a quick study, lol! It would've been interesting, for sure.

Kobe was the first player since Larry Bird in the mid 80s to give it to MJ as good as MJ gave it to everyone else. Reggie Miller tried but he couldn't stand up to Mike's physicality. That's why MJ respected & appreciated Kobe so much. It wasn't just the physical fight they had with each other... it's that mentality of never giving in & going back at Mike play after play. My son was dating a Hispanic girl and I saw right threw her, she wanted my son to go around family and friends but she didn't want to be around his, I didn't like her saw what she was doing, she wanted the man but not his family and she was racist!! Better yet I felt like she thought her raggedy @ss was better, my son paid for her to stay over here she didn't have to pay for much cause my son has his on Business. I didn't get in that relationship because his Dad said leave that boy alone(you know they going always be your baby) if we raised him right and I think we did he's going to c threw her, so I prayed and my prayers were answered!❤ They Broke up and I wasn't the blame for it , cause I stayed out of it,.

Never underestimate the power of mentorship , even when it takes place from ''a distance'' . It is still there!
