How to reactivate zerodha account? Zerodha Re kyc kaise kare? How to activate Zerodha account?

As per NSE and BSE circulars, when there is no trading activity for 12 consecutive months, exchanges consider the demat account inactive, and as part of due diligence, Zerodha marks such accounts for re kyc.
These accounts can be reactivated by verifying the KYC details.

I tried it 10 days before now i dont know segments are activated or not when i try to open console and check the segments Bse equity, nse equity are already selected and when i try to click confirm the button is not working what should I do?
