Tightening the oil cartridge this way is good for a little while, but the proper way to tighten the cartridge is to follow the instructions at the 2 minute mark of this video. ruclips.net/video/xzMsTkaYB34/видео.html
You'll need to hold the spinning cartridge rod with an inner tube and pliers so the rod doesn't keep spinning.
