I'm here after finishing watching the third season and I must say that the last two episodes I cried like a baby, especially because of how Clarice finished, it really broke my heart. As for the ending I personally liked, a very realistic ending and according to the result of the actions that Lorenzo took, a great series is a shame that it does not have the recognition it deserves.
Medici Masters of Florence was truly right in choosing this song. It not only shows the beauty in the Renaissance but shows the struggles of Cosimo de Medici as he tries to restore his family's glory. Also it's a good song

Okay, I definitely came to the Medici party late! I was taking a break from work and just clicked on Medici on Netflix, I had no idea what I was getting into - binge watched both seasons and it made me fall in love with Italy where I've visited as a kid but NOW I wanna go back to Florence and look up all the places the show was filmed. Obsessed with this tune, it's a whole mood that cannot be explained. To many who relate to it, we all feel like we are from another time and dimension. That's what this show did for me. And then some. Viva Italia.
Everyone (families and the couple) had an understanding that it was a business transaction with little room for love. Instead, there was mutual respect and admiration (more so from Cosimo towards the end). Under those circumstances, it was more than okay.
I absolutely loved the show, but this song all on its own is just...for lack of better word, haunting. I heard it the first time and it gave me goosebumps. Truly beautiful🙌
Italy is so beautiful. The landscape, the culture. I'm german and american and when I graduated (high-) school in germany we went on one last trip together with another graduating class. We went to imperia and also took a day trip to nice during the week we stayed. We visited the Museo dell’Olivo Carlo Carli among other things. The coast was absolutely stunning. To sit there and drink espresso and feel the breeze... it was a real privilege. Europe is so incredibly beautiful and my heart will always be there, no matter how many years I've lived in the us. I really hope to live back home in germany again one day. To visit italy again as an adult would just be amazing. I would also love to see the alps again. Berchtesgaden is another place I saw once as a child and it's one of my favorite memories. I love these shows that are based in europe and showcase the incredibly rich culture, for a moment I feel like I'm there again. I can smell the old buildings and feel the cobblestones under my feet. This was really a great show.
Whenever I feel bad, but try to make up as good as I can, I hear this melody. We time and time again forget that great revolutionaries were also humans like us. If we give it our best, with whatever we can do, like both Lorenzos in Medici we can strive for completion in the goals we set our hearts to. 👍

This is a fantastic song. I love Skin's voice and varied intonations. The Latin part is also great. Trouble is, I've become addicted to listening to this song since I found it in this site! Plus, it's become my main ear-bug though the day.

I'm late to the party but so obsessed with this show. Just finished watching season 1 and I loved every minute. Richard Madden and Annabel Scholey were amazing and so was everyone else. Watching season 2 now, hope it lives up to Masters of Florence.

Iam from germany but seams childhod iam in love with italy . This Show is so brillant and iam glad that it was Made it Shows us that art in Florenz was put to Show tru the medici Power. So it leave the medici somehow alive ! Even so they say in Florenz ther are nomore medicis but it is a lie one ist still alive . I Think ther would like peopel to believe that because the Museum are full with medici art . Its a shame we will never realy know what happend in that time but littel bits of truth are found in somethings, sometimes ,and somehow that couldnt even change the winners Who are the only one that have written the history . We are just the one that watch Shows in TV or reading books about history but like i sayd history was written by the winners. But i love this Show because its in my opinium that ther is also truth in , or wher comes the art from that in the Museum in Florenz. I hope every Body excuses my Bad english!!!

I'm late to the party but so obsessed with this show. Just finished watching season 1 and I loved every minute. Richard Madden and Annabel Scholey were amazing and so was everyone else. Watching season 2 now, hope it lives up to Masters of Florence.

I used to think from my teachings early on in life that the Medici were evil. They weren't I feel as always The Church wanted too much power and changed the way their story was written. Sixtus was not as good as they portray him on there.

@@clintjunior1673 I also missed Cosimo in the beginning, but the entire season made me forget him. Season 2 is greater in my opinion.
Season 2 of Medici is my favorite, I absolutely love this series and everything about it! Really need a season 3
