I snapped this off by accident and doing this for the first time, it took me a while to figure out how to get it back on correctly. Aside from that, your video helped me replace the kit so thanks again.
Hello, Lexmark 810 leaves a pale mark in the middle of the sheet, the print is pale in that place, there is a new Image UNIt and a new toner so I can solve the problem. Thanks
I just tried to replace the fuser and I get an error message that says non-Lexmark fuser (see operating manual 33.03n) Have you ever come across this. Company ordered the parts and they all say Lexmark so I'm not sure what's going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
+gentlelioness814 I would get on Lexmark's chat support and see if they can give you some direction on this. I have never seen this error. We sell lots of these kits and have never had this problem.

When you squeeze the blue bottun on , do you press on them? I couldn't close it back
Hopefully this will fix a paperjam issue, I don’t see any paper jammed at all
