Start by making sure the printer is off for at least 15 minutes and unplugged. Approach the printer from the front and open the tray door.

Resetting the Maintenance Count
1. Turn the printer on and allow it reach the READY state.
2. Press the HOME button.
3. Use the arrow keys to highlight ADMINISTRATION then hit OK.
4. Use the arrow keys to highlight MANAGE SUPPLIES then hit OK.
5. Use the arrow keys to highlight RESET SUPPLIES then hit OK.
6. Use the arrow keys to highlight NEW MAINTENANCE KIT then hit OK.
7. Use the arrow keys to highlight YES then hit OK.

I was tasked with replacing the maintenance kit in a coworkers printer. The directions in the box were minimal at best. There were no illustrations. I got the rollers replaced but couldn't figure out how to remove the back tray. I found this video. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Even with a cast on my smart hand, it was done in seconds. Thank you! We replace the Maintenance kit but the GUI/Webpage stills show it LOW. Seems odd that it doesn't recognize that there is a new kit

HP should've manufactured these with a metal swing plate because those last longer than plastic swing plates.

the kit comes at 110v and the original is at 100v it shows incompatibility error what should be done
