In original language, mohanlals voice and dialogue delivery adds a lot of gravitas to the character, that's missing in dubbing

Nobody cares if you haven’t heard an actor’s real voice, it’s fine. How is it that Jis Joy became the voice of Allu Arjun, and now Mallus can’t detach his voice from him? If you want gravitas, ask the Malayalam industry to dub better or have actors dub for themselves instead of forcing audiences to adjust.
This narrow minded attitude is exactly why the Malayalam industry lags behind other Southern industries. Making good movies isn’t enough, they need to reach all sections of society, just like Telugu films do. What’s the point of creating a great ?
You should be happy that Malayalam movies are finally reaching a wider audience, otherwise, they’d remain stuck in cinephile circles and meet the same remake fate as Mumbai Police did with Deva. Don’t impose your version of watching on others.

I said because this is not an official dubbing by film makers, its done by some local hindi channels, thats why the quality is bad, and that's why its better to watch original with sub titles to get better feeling because the dialogues are crucial part of the story
And talking telugu masala movies, dialogues are not their priority, they dont even have any importance in their template story telling, even if you watch movies in mute you'll get the story, cringe loud dialogues, over top fight scenes, item dance, heroine skin show thats it...

If you're unhappy with the quality, your concerns should be directed toward Ashirvad Cinemas and Prithviraj/Murali Gopy, as they were the ones who approved the deal and profited from it.
Secondly, there’s no need to display the typical Malayali tendency of putting others down to elevate ourselves. Criticizing the Telugu industry to make the Malayalam industry look superior is unnecessary. Yes, they may focus on mass entertainers and glamour-driven promotions, but let’s no forget that not too long ago, our Malayalam industry itself was widely associated with soft p@rn content, with the term "Mallu Aunty" being a well known reference giving Pan India fame of Malayalam Industry in the ’90s.

@i.m.v.a.l.k.y.r.i.e No I’m happy that, ours movies are getting reach. I just wish these were better dubs. All the lines are just flat. The delivery matters a lot not necessarily who delivers it. If you wanna see the difference check out the dubs for EMPURAAN. It’s really good!
Also, this is my opinion, Jis Joy’s voice is better than Allu Arjun’s.
