Thanks Tim! The patches are great, way easier! I use a parktool stand that I compared a few years back ruclips.net/video/wu69k0qjbyo/видео.html. It deals with the weight of ebikes well and I've also clamped big heavy scooters in it!
Why would your brakes not work anymore? It's a sealed system so unless it leaks somewhere you should be all set. Now don't make the mistake of hitting your hydro brake lever with the rotor out, that can make life a little harder.
I am glad Tannus works for you, I worked in a bike shop and we still had issues even with the Tannus liners. Luckily you can still ride on a flat with the Tannus, cheers.
@@ElectronSurfer How so? Did you hit a nail over 15mm long? Nothing will stop a flat at that point. I got 17 goathead punctures on one bike trail. I would be pushing my bike home not matter how many tools I had with me that day...
Great content. One of my favorite youtubers talking about ebikes.
Hey Thanks! Much appreciated! Have you had to fix many flats?
What a great video and tremendous help. Kudos to you Electron Surfer. Subscribed instantly!
Thank you so much and welcome!
Thanks for your demonstration. Big help❤😊
I'm glad it helped out, thanks for commenting!
Thanks for walking me through this! It was a big help.
Of Course, Cheers!
I should have watch your video last week! Removed the back wheel on my Moustache ebike. It would have been à lot easier with yr video 😂. Thanks
Happy to sort of help, It doesn't always work but if I always try leaving the back tire one and patching first. Happy Riding!
Oh snap! An extra zip tie or two in the doggie bag. Duh! Such great advice.
You got it man, just a few things really help out!
Nicely done :)
definitely going to order the patches you used :) :)
what bike stand do you use?

What do you do after you fix the tire, flip your bike upright and discover your hydraulic brakes don't work anymore?

oh and I'll be doing option #1 when the time comes lol :) If I can get away with it :)
Oh yeah it is definitely easier. I tend to keep an extra tube just in case when I ride!
A Tannus tube protector will eliminate flats forever. I no longer need to carry tools any longer
