@@nannertime I think it's a lot more fun to fly and I've found you can maneuver faster than the BFM cyclic controls will let you. Although I've got a HOTAS, Pedals and TrackIR so it's a bit more cohesive than KB&M
Thanks I'm brand new to Arma 3... Got about 100~hours just playing the Showcases, haven't played one single campaign mission yet lol....these mods will deffo come in handy though thanks ^_^
I fw your vids, man, informative and entertaining, I'm 6k hours into A3 and don't regret any of 'em - can't believe I've been sleeping on so many mods over the years, I'm getting back into playing, albeit offline and with my Hotspot to dl mods and stuff like that. I've been having a blast replaying East Wind modded to the gills. Hope to see more mod showcases in the future 👌
Yeah definitely in the past, but after loading the last few mods I installed the other day I could resume without getting an error which was strange. I suppose it depends on what kind of mods you install? Idk
Great question! Enhanced Movement is a great mod. I kind of touched on that in my Must Have Movement Mods video with Advanced Vault System: Remastered. That and a lot of people already use Enhanced Movement, so I did not want to feature it. I will in a later video though. Any other mods you think I should cover?
@@nannertime I’m not a huge mod user but there’s a rag doll mod that I use, but can’t remember the name. Vanilla Arma 3 rag doll sux so hard, it’s ridiculous. Really immersion breaking. Good rag doll makes a difference to game play I reckon. It was was of the things about the original Operation Flashpoint I really liked
@@nannertimeI’m using Real Hero’s Rag Doll. I’ve also tried a bunch for AI command and high command, I found all of them do some good things, but none of them are the standout. So for single player using AI squad I settled on “C2 Command and Control” and “Drongos Command Enhancement”. Then there’s also “Auto Weapon Lower”, and “Weapon Holster Remastered”
It's a good game, but it got killed by the fact that nobody could finish a game without losing connection to the server several times. Bohemia will fix it, but for most people, it's best to wait for Arma 4

There's too many good mods! Do you ever run into problems with loading a saved modded game?

It definitely does! I used to have problems, but I removed mods I knew werent needed amd now I don't have any problems.

Yes. The server just has to allow the mods
My game just has terrible frame rate and crashes a lot never used to do that but now thats all it is
