This is the aftermath of a month's rainfall in 24 hours, drains can't cope and get blocked due to the amount of debris that gets washed down them. You really think they built any motorways without drains?

You complain about water in the Road while Ukrainie has no roads at all... send more money to Ukrainie today so they can build there roads as well.

This country has sent billions of dollars to Ukraine. A total of $17 billion has been committed. If we had spent that money on our own country instead, perhaps the drainage systems would have been maintained better and our motorways wouldn't be flooded.
