Hard to make a comparison between the shots when you’re using a black mist filter on the Fuji but not on the Ricoh. If you don’t have the filter adapter for the Ricoh it would be smarter to remove the filter from the Fuji as well?
Currently on a 2 week trip in Europe and only brought the GRiii and so far, no regrets. Happy with how pocketable it is in my tiny fanny pack and how easy it is to shoot moments!
Following you since you made the Vision Pro Review. I love how you guys shoot your videos. Used to live in the Condesa/Roma area closer to the Parque España. I had a great time there but also the floor is not very stable when it comes to earthquakes. It used to be a lake over there. BTW beautiful photos.
Thanks for the kind words! That’s awesome you loved there. Whilst there I learned about the city being built on top of the lake! We are going to post a taco tour video soon that we did (tour called Taco Mensch) and he shared that with us! Such an amazing city!
Thanks for this video. Really like y’all’s style of presenting info. Would it be possible to see a gallery of the pics (maybe side by side from each camera) from the vid online somewhere?
Great video! I am going to CDMX next month with my wife and baby, am I crazy for wanting to take three cameras? lol I have a GRiii, film and a Sony a6400. Your opinion would be appreciated!
Gr3 pocket rocket but pricy. X100vi rarer than hen's teeth, as subtle as a brick for discrete street photography. Gr3 all the way. I want to be defined by what I do, not what I use. I sold my gr3 and got an XE4, but gr3 is much better for my style of shooting. IQ is insane and ibis is good too. Only sold it as it looked plasticy and uninspiring. All fool me!
I switched from the Fujifilm to the Ricoh just because I wasn't really a fan of the Fujifilm colours. I prefer neutral, natural, subtle looks for documentary. Sometimes extreme looks are nice though, when you haven't got much of a subject you can rely on the look to carry the photo as more of a vibe. Ricoh isn't so forgiving in that way - not much in the way of vibes. 😂
Hey creative travelers - are you planning to get the Fuji x100vi ?! We had a blast just cruising around some neighborhoods in CDMX for this one.
GR photos are so sharp! Definitely better than the Fuji that’s crazy
Mexico City is the best 🙌🏽

Perfect timing. I am also thinking of getting the GR III. I used to have the X100V. But the X100V wasn't really pocketable.

Both look great! Been really thinking about picking up a GR or a Fuji of some sort for my edc!
03:22 Fixed gear, no brakes, can't stop, don't want to
Would love to see a new iPhone make it in the mix! Seems like a viable EDC with 48mpx and app editors

Hey there! Yes I’ll get these up on our blog and I’ll comment to you when they’re live so you can check them out!
@@gravel.travel sweet! Looking forward to it.

so dope y'all did a taco tour with Avi 🤙🏼
Avi is the best! Have you done his tour?!
@@gravel.travel hell yeah! went to CDMX in 2022 and did his tour. Great way to see the city and try the local flavors
Man the Ricoh images just look so much sharper and have more micro contrast and depth to them.
Are you watching on a 8k monitor?
love your video
Can we change lens in which richo gr3?
Nope all point and shoot systems!
