    I’m glad that when i do my 12 valve Cummins swap I’ve only got to mess around with a couple wires.

    Amazing work on the car , small note about that expansion canister you found under the fender whether you decide to remove or keep just follow up with the evap line , the 190E came with pipe lines directly connected to the fuel tank to recycle the gas smell back inside the fuel tank, Placing the exhaust in the fender might be a fire hazzard if caution not taken.
    my advice is to plug those evap lines straight at the tank to make sure no fumes are leaking 🙏

    when you remove the firewall where the exaust its gonna be passing , that metal has the chasis number , mising that plate your car it cant be identified by local regulations (police, and those?) , i see you dealing with all those wires and its imposible to stop think whay merc its so complicated.
