Hardly, he still clearly struggles with alcoholism or some sort of bipolar disorder. I’m not really convinced he’s clean. He fired his entire band lineup that was the same one for like the past 10 years. Not that they’re even close to the original lineup. Far from it.

If he took the time to work on his voice with a coach he could recover. He still has a decent tone on the low notes he just needs to back off on the screams.

Hard to hit those high notes these days. Nothing wrong with that. He's doing a good job of hitting then switching octaves as necessary. Impressive
