Your reviews are the best. I try watching others but, most of what I come across are vids where they spend half or more of the video looking at the box and paperwork before they show the 🔦 flashlight.
It's been a very luminous year! Thanks Bro. I have three of them, and I'll tell you what. I *really* love my X45. Never a minutes goes by, that I don't know exactly where it's at.
I love the idea behind this video. You should make a small series of these types of videos comparing one light to another but at their respected price point. Maybe a video dedicated to best throwers and best budget lights next!
Great selections!! Too bad I read so many people having problems with the Acebeam X80. I do like it's UV light from your review as it shows very little visible light with a powerful UV effect. I have no use for the other colors. Glad you still put the Meteor among your recommended lights. Still a light I want to buy to put next to my Manker E34. The DX80 really showed off it's power by lighting up your garden and still have the hotspot bright enough. Thrunite tried hard to keep up with the lumen race but fell quite short. Awesome review as always! Best wishes for the coming holidays!
I had no idea people were having problems. I have had zero with mine. I don't use it a ton though, so maybe that has something to do with it. With big lumen lights they're not daily users, so it's hard for me to get into long term durability- when it isn't used hard like my EDC stuff. The DX80 has a ton of spill as well as that big hotspot. It's a useful beam for sure.
Still waiting my BLF to be shipped out, I swear it was in stock when I ordered it. Oh well. Can't wait to take my fatbike out with it, the beampattern seems perfect for trail riding and snow will make any light seem brighter than it is :)
Sweet vid, bro! Have you done or will you be doing a similar video of smaller lights for edc/camping/survival/find my keys that I dropped in a field? Maybe like 300-800 lumens give or take. I'm a flashlight noob so it's nice to see the products by side like this.
There's plenty in the size and Neutral white... but none in the lumens. I mentioned in the video that the above 20,000 lumen range... really over 15,000 lumens only has one or two... and they are in this video. You might want to look at Vihn over on Candle Power Forums... he may have a modded X80. There isn't a production light currently like you want.
Really like your video reviews man, I subscribed. Any chance you'll be doing a review on the new Eagtac TX3G Pro USB-C rechargeable light that just came out? I really want a good, floody & bright 1 x 26650 USB rechargeable light that I can carry in my travel bag. I've narrowed down my choice to the Acebeam EC50 II as I like its mode spacing, runtimes & neutral white option. However, I have to admit that I really don't trust the quality of Acebeam as they are a new brand to me. I have found too many horror stories online about the EC50 II and it seems like the quality on that particular Acebeam light is pretty much hit or miss. I also feel that they might be updating that light pretty soon. I know I would if I were a representative of Acebeam. On another note, I have had an EagTac D25LC2 in my light collection for years now and the thing has been pretty much bulletproof so, I trust Eagtac for providing true quality in their products and not "koala tea" of some other manufacturers. My current EDC light is a Zebralight SC600w II L2. While Zebralight makes some incredibly durable flashlights they have fallen behind on some current flashlight features. For instance, none of their current lights even offer USB recharging. I sure wish they'd make a USB rechargeable 1 x 26650 light as that would probably be the most efficient 1 x 26650 light with some excellent runtimes & mode spacing. Anyway, hope you can get your hands on the new Eagtac TX3G Pro... in neutral white of course! ;-) I also wanted to ask you if you could please add a test to the USB rechargeable lights in which you test if they can still operate safely while they're being charged.
I’ll look into the usb thing. I currently prefer lights that you remove the battery from. Integrated charging adds one more thing to an already complex flashlights to go wrong. My favorite charging system has been Olight magnetic usb system. I probably am not going to review any eagletacs in the near future. I’m doing fewer light reviews because the time I put into them doesn’t match the amount of views I get out of them. I have the emisar D4 coming up and the BLF GT thrower... and a few comparison videos. I’ll look into eagletac lights next year. Thanks for the comment!
I too prefer lights with batteries that you can charge independently but, the way I see it, if I always had to take out the battery of my smartphone for example to charge it then, that would suck. I agree that an integrated charging circuit in a flashlight is another thing that could lower its durability but, I truly feel that USB charging circuits have come a long way and do offer great reliability in their use. I like to think that a USB rechargeable flashlight only adds greater security in the fact that you know that you have a much lesser chance of being left without optimal light because you are just a USB port away from charging the battery instead of needing to wait to get home to use a battery charger or needing to carry a spare battery. There have been a few times where my Zebralight has left me with a low output when I needed more light. This is why I bought a Nitecore NU20 headlamp because you can actually use it in all of its modes while it is charging. I go back to battery only mode once it is fully charged though but, it is just an awesome feature to be able to use a light while it is charging. This extends the runtime tremendously. The NU20 is also the only headlamp I have been able to find that offers a high CRI Nichia LED as an option--which is the one I purchased. :-) I think the Acebeam EC50 is also capable of being used while it is charging but, I'm not too certain about that as I don't own one. It sucks that you are not going to be doing as many flashlight reviews because I find your reviews to be among the most informative, thorough, and entertaining but, I agree that you should be getting more views based on the great quality & information you put out in your videos. What are your thoughts on the new 20700 battery form factor that flashlights are now transitioning into? I have already seen reviews of the Acebeam L30 and the Manker U12 and they are pretty impressive lights. The new 20700 battery just might render the 26650 battery obsolete cause the new 20700 batteries can handle more amperage and they seem to be getting a lot more developmental support from battery manufacturers. I guess it is only a matter of time before flashlight manufacturers even begin utilizing Tesla's new 21700 form factor. I kinda start to feel bad for the real flashaholics out there. I'm glad I was able to tone down my addiction... a bit. >:-) Thank you for the reply.
if i want to buy a led flash light that is BRIGHT and not cost more then 50 - 80 $ what should i buy ? I have looked at the Utorch UT02 Cree Large Flashlight - BLACK 3D 5000K from Gearbest: www.gearbest.com/led-flashlights/pp_555780.html?wid=1433363 But i dont know if i can get better and stronger (and newer?) for lover price or better light for the same amount ? (46$) Any advises ?
Can you recommend me the brightest flashlights that runs only on one 26650 or 18650 battery. The best ones I found so far is the Acebeam EC60 for a thrower and the Acebeam EC50 for a flooder. Thanks.
RagingElch it's not possible because the time it took the light from the pixels to reach his eyes was shorter than the time time for it to pass through his retinas and be refracted. Not so mention the time to process the thought to move.
*wants a cheap 50 dollar flashlight that can keep his back yard lit during hurricane Durain* *watches video on the best lights money can buy instead that are way out of price range*
@@AdvancedKnifeBro Turns out I couldn't get that one in time but I found this one on (ThruNite Neutron 2C V3) on your channel so I was able to next day prime it! Thanks for the advice!
I have plenty of lights like that. Most people don't need 10,000 lumens or 500 horsepower or 24 carat gold. But since they make bright flashlights, and my most popular reviews are extremely bright flashlights- and many many people ask me for recommendations for monster flashlights- well that's why I did this overview. Obviously this list is not for you.
Your reviews are the best. I try watching others but, most of what I come across are vids where they spend half or more of the video looking at the box and paperwork before they show the 🔦 flashlight.
Yes, I do not do that! I just try and keep them moving along, and only show the important parts.
Advanced Knife Bro hell yeah bro! That k30 and s15r are sweet! I have the headlamp to my wife cause she goes on walks and she loves it.
Glad you're liking em man!
I really like this one sites.google.com/site/SupremeFlashlights
the others guy don't show step down time and actual runtime footage. his vid are the best
"maybe you just have bad spending habits", no statement has ever fit me so well.
mythrol - Isn't that the path to recovery? For us to admit it, by saying it out loud.
: - )
Me either!
i got so hurt by this statement that i almost threw out my dx80. Lol
It's been a very luminous year! Thanks Bro.
I have three of them, and I'll tell you what. I *really* love my X45. Never a minutes goes by, that I don't know exactly where it's at.
It's a good choice! The best in the 10k-20k lumen range.
I love the idea behind this video. You should make a small series of these types of videos comparing one light to another but at their respected price point. Maybe a video dedicated to best throwers and best budget lights next!
I plan on doing a thrower and an EDC video a little later. I have a few more lights to try out before my EDC video though.
Great selections!!

I don't have one yet... but I will probably create one in the future.
Advanced Knife Bro - That would be awesome! You're my go to for lights!
yeah I'd love to see something like that.
Timely video considering my old light finally died! Thanks for the vid.
Hopefully there's something useful in here!
Yes time for the festival of lights
Brought to you by the X80.
can you review the emisar d4, not many reviews out on it
I’m working on one. Should be done in the 1st week or two of January
I feel so attacked by the intro😂😭
Cool video! How about an EDC video for us smaller light bros?
It's on the list. I have a few more lights to try out before I make one though.
Thank You fro the review, very helpful.
Hey, what about the the new acebeam X45 18000 lumen. Just got mine. Crazy bright!
Looks good... just looks like an emitter upgrade and running a bit more juice.
Can you please review the Skilhunt S2 Pro and S3 Pro? I'm hoping they are better than the Olight M2R Warrior in the 1200 - 1700 lumen bracket.
Sorry man but I’m a little full on the reviews... I don’t have time for these in the schedule
Is there something out there the size of the X80 in neutral white? That would be perfect.

Intro on point...👌🏻

10 seconds in and you have a new sub haha!

Best value is the q8.

Loos like you have it figured out. Also look into the Nitecore TM03. It uses a special battery though. Klarus G20 also fits the bill.
Very informative video still. Just need to work on the sleepy-time delivery. (Yeah, I get it. But it doesn't work here.)
Got a light?
Roll it up and smoke it.
Advanced Knife Bro your lit!
Hmmm, flashlight or make my car payment? 🤔
Maybe an electric bill would be a better choice. Charge at work... save money on lighting at home!
Advanced Knife Bro genius!
One flashlight is brighter than both headlights and taillights combined! Use logic...

Advanced Knife Bro I noticed something different yeah
Lol i was going to use the same pun. I guess i could say it was an enlightening video.
That green and black one is a overpriced gerber version of the same axe?
Wait.. green and black axe? Was this meant for another video?
Advanced Knife Bro Sometimes I don't watch the videos. I just guess the content and comment on it anyway. Clearly I didnt do very well this time.
just here to thumb up

How is that even possible? o.O

@@AdvancedKnifeBro lol awesome! ill check them both out :) hope i can get them before the hurricane hits so i can watch things fly through the air!

Why don't you have one of those cool useless intros for your videos like everyone else?
+Jay Starr several people have asked me that. Considering how useless and annoying they are it might earn those thumbs down!
Mine was like 50 or so and it's 1200 lumens and it's perfect for my uses I don't need 10000 plus lmao
