Clinical Features:
A 32-year-old male patient came with a small right testis.
Ultrasound Features:
Small & heterogeneously hypoechoic right testis & epididymis with diminished vascularity on Doppler.
Remember:
Any focal heterogeneous hypervascular area in a case of chronic epididymo-orchitis should be assessed carefully to exclude malignancy.
