wtf no you dont need to reverse that much and take the whole road before steering, reverse in a straight line until half the car is out then start steering... you don't have to take both lanes
needs to be more than half the car length, especially for novice drivers. A good reference is to reverse until your shoulders are in-line with the bumper of the car next to you. then you can begin turning your wheels.. You'll have plenty of clearance so your front end swing doesn't hit or swipe the car beside you.
This is a good video for learner drivers indeed! 0:50 "until your shoulder extends beyond the front bumper of the neighboring vehicle" is quite okay when moving forward out of the parking but then 1:28 "back out until the front bumper of the vehicle is level with the rear bumper of the neighboring vehicle"? Has that vehicle not reversed too much up to the main road assuming vehicles are driving along especially if it is a busy road exposing a danger to oncoming drivers as well as yourself 😎🤔?😮

This video was created for novice drivers who will be able to feel the dimensions of the car and start making maneuvers earlier

Good parking and inspiring
Great indeed !!!
Driving indeed is an art.
Also there could be the case when you won’t have enough space behind to do such reverence as we seen here!
The next video will be just about how to leave in a very confined space
