They should've named those boys, Larry, Moe and Curley!! lolol I love to see one of these big milti-head ear blackheads get the vacuum treatment! On a normal pimple the vacuum is really just causing the skin to pinch, but on one of these... Put the vacuum on one and it actually would suck it right out I'd think, because the opposite side is also open.
I dont know about big blackheads like that, but I've had small pimples in my ears and they are extremely painful. I don't know how they can stand letting them get that big, knowing how much the small ones hurt. I even start getting one and dig it out of there!!
What do you mean by "finished?" If you are referring to getting out the rest of the blackheads that you saw in the beginning - she did get them. She pulled ALL of the nasty out of that one large hole. All of them were connected underneath the skin. So once the larger one was empty, all of them were empty. I wish they'd show some peroxide being squirted in there!

Get rid of the border and a steady camera person. Both restrict being able to see the stuff come out.
