That's not how it works. This particular one just happened to be one that came out really easily. Obviously the doctor in question knew that beforehand. Sometimes that's not the case.
In some places, people who work as aestheticians aren't allowed to do the same level of invasiveness in procedures that certified dermatologists are. It doesn't mean they don't know what they're doing, just that they didn't go to medical school.
Nyte Blayde - They are not doctors but estheticians, so they're not allowed to use cutting tools nor local anesthetics. Guess that's why they came up with such great procedures.
That was a "Good one" You are very talented. No use of blades, needles & no blood. Blood doesn't bother me but I know it bothers others. Very effective with much care & gentleness.
