Mero Shrimati le pahila choti momo, Darjeeling ko street ma khayo, exactly street veg momo. We were in our honeymoon and she was a vegetarian. She is a Nepali, born and brought up in Gujarat, that is a vegetarian state of India. That got her addicted to momo, as we all Nepali people are. That veg momo, was the tastiest veg momo even I have ever eaten. The key thing is the climate of Darjeeling where even ordinary sabzi tastes extraordinary. No where is the world the Rai-ko-saag or Cauliflower or Isskus or Cabbage tastes as delicious. In Kathmandu too, these sabzi tastes very good.
