Informative and to the point, great video work showing the grip in place. Thanks for sharing.

Elias Gadgets I just want to say thanks for the video. I'm a college student aspiring to be a filmmaker and had recently traded my T3i for the 70D. Even though the battery I have has a high capacity charge, I am always trying hard to conserve battery and am tired of it. I was looking into off brand battery grips like Neewer, Vivitar and Big Mike's on Amazon but couldn't find videos for either the brand or the particular model I was looking for. The product pictures themselves made me skeptical with the differences in color, quality and build. The mixed reviews also made it harder to decide until I stumbled across this. This video by far was not only helpful but showed me exactly what I needed. Even though the other brands come with batteries for their grips, Pixel Vertax's grip is by far the better quality one at an affordable price. Not to mention their product line and quality is impressive. I just bought mine tonight. Thank you again from saving me from a regretful purchase. Next I will buy additional batteries for my set up.

Thank you very much, I had the same problem. I thought that there would be others in such situation so I decided to try the product out and do a video to show others what it would look and feel like.

Spot on review👍🏻... it’s 2020 and I’ve got a few cameras now. But (old trusty) my 70d is still my baby😉😊😎👍🏻

No, Canon T5i uses a different battery grip than the one used for 70D.

    Gracias.
Muy buen video, bien esplicado y con buena imagen y sonido claro, sin distraciones, no como en otros que no se les entiende y ponen musica.

I am wondering how "secure" is this when attached to the camera body when using a Black Rapid strap?

2 years ago, I bought one of those with my new 70D. last month I took it off my camera and won't plug it back. it add to much wait and the battery holder inside it is too fragile. now I just keep some batteries in a pocket; it just take a few seconds to change the battery and it's even faster without the battery grip.

for a minute i was thjnking, why would you need those buttons on the bottom? When you turned that camera into portrait I was like yup thats the one.

Not sure to be honest I was going for the canon battery grip but opt out for this one because I didn't like the idea of paying the crazy price canon wanted for a battery grip.

Well, best way to find a long lasting battery is to simply Google it. I personally have 3 backup batteries all charged up and ready to go before I leave the house. There are some batteries that will last longer than others. I'd suggest taking a look at www.canonbattery.com I got my batteries there and would advice any serious photo enthusiast checking it out. Best of luck!
