Russ is a true man of God. I grew up in a big catholic family with an alcoholic stepfather. He raged and raged when he drank, which was 4 times a week. Seemed he was always drinking. I hate alcohol to this day because of him. Alcoholism does lead to physical depression. Alcohol ruins the liver in the body. The liver is vital to Good, immune health. Alcohol turns to sugar in the body, which then kills the probiotics in the gut and ruins the enzymes in the liver. Glutathione is a Vital, master enzyme ! We must take responsibility over our diets. Our bodies are the temple of Christ. We are sick because we are undisciplined. We must learn to eat correctly. God bless everyone reading this.
