What a wonderful video showing United's beautiful aircraft and wonderful employees. It's nostalgic for me to see videos and pictures from the airlines I loved in my youth and still love today!
This video is brilliant. From the intro (brings me right back to UAL's dominance of the late 90s/early 00s), to the employee cameos, this video makes me beyond nostalgic. Back when the company had a soul. Long live / / / U N I T E D.
@scubawrestler Its so nice and refreshing to hear good things coming from such a loyal customer. I worked for United for 9 years out of high school. I was so in love with United. I was very proud to have had 9 years with them. I have been gone from United for 7 years and i miss it terribly. But I am a loyal customer still :)
My Grandmother was an original United Airlines "Hundred Thousdand Miler". That was back when all they recieved was a carved wooden plack. Back then there were no "upgrades" as everything was already first class. I have always been a United Airlines customer, and have never, in 50 years of flying had a bad experience with United Airlines or any of it's employees. Ground stops at airports, and delays because of weather do NOT count. Trust me, Chicago is bad to everyone! United is MY airline.
@RustyAimer787 I wholeheartedly agree with you. It is too bad that our management has been what they have, But i will say this as a second gen employee myself, United's -strength- is still and always Will be its employees, I'm still proud to work for United just not most of the management And always will be. Also Pretty sure you flew with my mother, a now retired, UAL Flight Attendant
I think that there needs to be a reform in the airline industry. And it needs to have Customer service as its top priority in return the customer has to act like an adult because some adults act like 5 year olds when their flight is canceled or when they cant be upgraded, etc.

@501780 Yes I agree 110%!
I have very fond memories of flying from Boston to Los Angeles on UA175. At least those passengers went out with a bang. I Love / / / U N I T E D ^_^
Don't copy american airlines eh
I’m sure any “re-accommodated” passengers will disagree. This video did not age well.
