Hey thanks for asking, we definitely do outfit that vehicle. The correct Pedal Commander unit for that vehicle is the PC43, here's a link straight to it on our site, hope this helps! pedalcommander.com/products/mercedes-e-class
Yes, this helps remove the throttle lag as well as gives you 36 different sensitivity levels, allowing you the ability to adjust it up or down according to your driving style. Although, the Pedal commander in the video will not work for your car, you need a PC36 for your w209 CLK.
No, the Pedal Commander leaves no trace. if you simply remove the Pedal Commander (and its mounting bracket) before going into service there is no way that can tell it was installed.

The pc43 is the same for 2012-18 A Class right?
Yes, that is correct!
Is there adictional benefit of it or is it just like punching the gas pedal at a lighter touch now?
So it's literally plug and play? No need to mess around with the pedal
How does the car behave you have the car in sport plus mode plus the pedal commander in sport plus mode?
I'm guessing sport plus mode has the car transmission shifting much quicker and the no lag on the pedals with this mod. I really need one now!
So this helps when I step on my pedal no acceleration will this help
