It's really not a pleasant taste and takes some getting used to. Once you taste it you can never un-taste it. You will always recognize it immediately. I met a guy in a rock band who loved to drink Jagermeister ice gold. So we got a bottle, put it in the deep freeze and handed it to him after the concert. We still have the bottle.
A million years ago some friends concocted what they called "Elevator to Hell". It's Absolut Peppar (black pepper vodka) and tabasco. The upside is it makes you drink a lot of water. Good shot to end with.
I thought Pepar was a chili pepper vodka? I've had friends on multiple occasions try to surprise me with that one :D I make black pepper infused vodka all the time. Makes a killer bloody Mary, but it goes awesome in marinara and I kind of like the flavor by itself :)
