Garlic snaps
Peeled garlic cloves are placed in an empty booze bottle, a third of it. (and honey is added to the mixture, optional). The bottle is filled with booze. The cap closes properly and the longer it is closed, the more stronger is the taste.
The garlic left on the bottom of bottle is eaten as "medicine capsules".
Both Callyann and Pagan are just sunshine and happiness.
Pagan is definitely the human version of a golden retriever and I love it

I always had "Bloody Brains" that were made of Peach Schnapps, Grenadine, and Baileys Irish Creme. I used to play guitar at a local bar and the bartender made a really gross looking Baileys brain floating the the blood of schnapps and grenadine. I thought they were delicious, and the patrons would buy them for me so they could watch someone drink one.
I remember the version you described. They were called Brain Tumors.

The "Ranchero" we called "The Tapeworm" & we'd use small hole squeezed mayo lol. The "Bleeding Brain" was the same but we called it "Brain Tumor or Brain Hemmorage."That one is nasty because of the consistency.

I was always taught a prairie oyster was: either a whole egg or just yolk, three dashes of Worcestershire, three dashes hot sauce, two grinds of salt, two grinds of pepper, vodka. Optional is the addition of tomato juice.
