Just grinding S class ships you get a lot of these Ship upgrades. been grinding for 3 days for my s class fighter , currently running A class of same ship. I have about 16 storage upgrades atm and still growing. So when i do get my S class i can Max it out tech wise and a good chunk of the cargo at the same time. For no Money... Just the time ...
Increase you rep with factions. Some of the guild faction npcs gives these out for free at rank 5. You just need find two space station with same faction that gives same items then teleport between the two to get as many free as you want. No waiting no grinding credits no selling. Just have to get faction up and that's easy to do with giving them items.
You don't even need 2 space stations with those augments. Grab it from the faction, jump in & out of your starship to create a restore save point. Then reload from restore, rinse & repeat. Might want to check out other content creators content first before putting out a vid with a less than optimal method for doing something. Save scumming in this game is old as dirt. Info in this vid is outdated. Not irrelevant, but outdated.
@@truckntrav6941 Personally I find jumping between systems via portal to be just a little faster than running back to my ship to make a save point to reload. Especially if you're docking on the pad farthest from faction rep which happens all the time.
@@dragorin1108 sure, but took me forever to find a 2nd space station that had the exosuit augments to be able to teleport back and forth to. Which is where reloading from restore would be a more viable option....for all the augments retrieved in this manner.
