WHERE IS NEPHI FROM?
I am Nephi Acaling. I am native to Bacolod City in the Philippines but I have been moving and living in different countries due to the nature of my work. I’ve lived in countries like Singapore, Japan and the US due to job assignments. I was in the US when I started this channel but I am currently in Indonesia thus the confusion to some where I am truly based.
MUSICAL BACKGROUND
Former band vocalist of Akita performing at K-Pub in Ayala Cebu, Philippines (2019-2020)
Former band vocalist of Big Three Band performing in Yokohama 7, Yokohama, Japan (2014-2016).
Former member of the Filipino Voice Symphony (2010-2011) where I was taught by professional chorale singers (e.g. former soprano from UP Madrigal Singers). Our singing group actually bagged the Gold Medal in the International A cappella Championships held in Singapore in 2011.
Former university choir and singing trainer at Technological University of the Philippines Visayas.
WHAT IS THE GREATER GOAL?
My mission is to promote music among different regions and try to make people from different countries relate to each other through music and singing. I have always believed that even small gestures in understanding similarities and differences towards others actually lead to greater awareness about countries and their people.
In this modern world full of things that divide humanity, it is but perfect to put efforts in re-uniting and building bridges among all of us.

NCT is their brand name. They have this 'unlimited members' system. NCT 127, NCT Dream and WayV are their fixed sub-unit. NCT U is where the all members will gather to form sub-unit according to the song's concept and it is not a fixed sub-unit. The members will be selected in accordance with the concept of the song. I find it complicated at first but by time you will get it 💚.

The guy from 4:33 is WayV's main vocalist, Xiaojun! He did a cover of D.O's For Life english version. You can check it out, he's a really gooood vocalist too.

NCT as of 2020 has 23 members. Lee Taeyong is the leader of NCT 127 and NCT as a whole. Qian Kun is the leader of WAYV and Mark and Jeno are co- captains of NCT Dream. NCT has 4 Subunits NCT U - a unit where songs are performed by members depending on the concept. NCT 127- the main Seoul group it has 9 members Taeil, Johnny, Taeyong, Yuta, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, Mark and Haechan. They have performed outside Korean.
NCT Dream - The group with younger members. Has 7 members Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle and Jisung has also performed outside Korea.
WAYV - the chinese subunit has 7 members Kun, Ten, Winwin, Lucas, Xiaojun, Hendery and Yangyang.
The singers in this song is Taeil (NCT 127), Xiaojun (WAYV) and Renjun (NCT Dream)
NCT is the brand as it was mentioned here. As of the moment (2021) there are 3 fixed units namely. NCT127 (the dude ‘Taeil’ you recognized is from 127) Then NCT Dream (RenJun was the one who opened the song) and then WayV (was supposed to be NCT Vision but because of the China and S. Korea political issue they became WayV) has XiaoJun the one you asked if he was praying. Now these 3 units are under the NCT umbrella but if you pull them out together and pick them to sing a song they become NCT U. I hope that explanation helps.
So same goes for the songs Make A Wish, Boss, Seventh Sense, Work It, 90’s Love etc etc. Those were recorded by a mix from the 3 units so they’re labeled as NCT U. They have had two projects to date, in 2018 the album was called Empathy and 2020 it was called Resonance.

Funfact: He passed the audition because he danced and not because he was singing. The talent he have is✨✨

For NCT's concept, please keep in mind that NCT is their brand name. They have 3 fixed units (and more to come):
NCT 127 - they are promoting in Korea (also in Japan and US). 127 means the longitude of Seoul, South Korea.
NCT Dream - the members of the group debuted on their teens so they have fresh and bright concept but now they also do concepts like 127 squad. Before they also have a graduation system that if the member reached their 20 (korean age), they will graduate but last year they removed this system so they are already fixed unit. Mark graduated last 2018 so he is back with the Dreamies.
WayV - they are also known as NCT V (Vision) and they are the Chinese group of NCT. Because of the political tension between China and S.Korea, they removed the NCT on their name and they debuted as WayV, short for "We are your Vision". They promote in China and Korea as well but their main market is China.
For NCT U, this is a rotational unit meaning any member under the NCT umbrella can be on this unit as long as they fit in the song concept. They may be one, two, three or any member can be on this.

When he said SM is about voxals, their vocal talents are so legit.. that's the fact, guys.. the fact that SM has the best quality vocalists though the company and management kinda suck but we have to admit SM gives us the best vocalists in this industry..
Thank you for this reaction! It's so refreshing to have people react to ballads! I'd like to request a 2nd gen group from SM--TVXQ! Their Bolero performance from their Begin Again Tour is out of this world! It's a really old song from 2009 when they used to be 5 members but reworked with more vocal runs for present times. The structure and instrumentation is still a little old (and long) but I still really enjoy it.

if you like harmony, you should check Super Junior KRY (Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, Yesung). It's a sub-unit of Super Junior and they're a main vocals of Suju.
