- Do you have enough oil? Matthew 25 speaks of the parable of the 10 virgins who went out to meet the bridegroom. All 10 virgins had lanterns, yet only five brought a jar of oil. When the bridegroom came at midnight, the door closed on the lanterns that had no oil. Are you waiting until you're in the moment to get ready - or have you been giving too much of your oil away? I had to come back and edit this because I now understand what get your own oil means. I have experienced a situation where I was trying to drag someone or people to salvation that just don't wanna go...I started to see part of myself getting traumatized in trying to help them. I see why God says bad company corrupts good character. Everybody won't go and when I let go of them and let God I felt sooooo much better. They always come and want to borrow more of your Godly love inside of you to feed on it so you have to tell them to go get your own oil!!!

I just finished watching and listening to this message. I'm from Haiti. Spent the first 12 years of my life there. I'm still speechless and grieving for my people. The brutal murder of the President hurts. I can't imagine Biden being murdered, or even imagine what it must have been like in the US when Kennedy or Dr. King were murdered. I have enough oil for me in Virginia. Now, I'm making plans to get my extended family out of the darkness in Haiti so they can learn to get their own oil. Thank you Bishop. I shall have the King's favor just like Esther. Will listen to it again tonight.

I haven't even watch the sermon yet..and today I decided to go get me some oil to cast out demons, spirits, and break generational curses, or any strong hold in my house. And here it is, I look at the title and it says, "GET YOUR OWN OIL".. I know God leads me, mode me, corrects me, helps me in all my weaken areas. Like I know God speaks through Bishop and sis Sarah Jake Roberts to me cause my life has changed dramatically since I've been tuned in with my notes and worshipping.
